this final part of a larger vandkunsten housing project in holland consists of 72 semi-detached houses.

dutch law allows home owners to alter their houses even in planned communities like parkwijk. for parkwijk 4, we have created a catalogue of rooms and features that can be applied to a basic building in order to secure the overall architectural identity of the area.
